So, the summer seems to have dissapeared all of a sudden and Autumn is upon us. I’ve been kept quite busy over the last few months with various projects and, for the first time in a long time, I’ve spent most of it at home in Scotland. I usually look forward to the tours abroad in the summer, but it’s been refreshing to spend time at home. Quite a lot of it has been in the studio. Box Club have been back in the studio and the record is really taking shape now which is great. I’m producing a record for my good friend Kathleen Boyle at the moment also, and have done some session work for James Graham, Catriona Watt & Jenna Reid. Dochas are about to kick off a tour of Scotland & England this week which I’m looking forward to, although if I know my girls at all, it’s going to involve a lot of shopping :-(
